1. About these terms

These terms apply to parties, events and related services provided by LUMINA Soirée (we, us or our). Please also read any conditions in the individual event information before booking.

2. Bookings and confirmation

Bookings must be made by an adult, such as a parent or guardian. Please provide accurate participant details and emergency contact information. A booking becomes a contract when we have provided the booking details, price and cancellation terms, you have agreed to them, and we have sent confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

Each event listing or quotation will specify the price, what is included, any additional costs, payment methods and payment deadline. Please check the total before booking.

4. Helping everyone enjoy their visit safely

• Please follow the event guidance on age ranges, adult accompaniment and what to bring.
• Let us know about allergies or support needs in advance. We will confirm what we can accommodate before confirming your booking.
• If your child has a fever or feels unwell, please stay home and contact us.
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour, and unauthorised selling or solicitation, are not permitted.
• Where collection is required, the parent or guardian nominated in advance must collect the child.

5. Photos and videos

Before sharing photos or videos of other participants, including on social media, please obtain their consent or that of their parent or guardian. If we wish to use images of your child for publicity, we will explain how they will be used and request separate parental consent. Giving publicity consent is not a condition of participation.

6. Changes, cancellations and cancelled events

For booking changes and cancellations, please read our Cancellation Policy. If severe weather, a natural disaster, venue circumstances or similar issues prevent an event from going ahead safely, we may cancel or postpone it. We will explain how we will contact you and arrange refunds or other next steps.

7. Liability

We are responsible under applicable law for losses attributable to us. These terms do not exclude or limit our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Personal information and changes to these terms

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If these terms change, we will publish the changes and effective date on this site and follow any legally required procedures. We will not unilaterally change an existing contract to your disadvantage.

9. Governing law and enquiries

These terms are governed by Japanese law. If questions or disputes arise, we will first seek to resolve them with you in good faith. Business and contact details will be provided in our Legal Information.
