1. How to contact us
To change or cancel a booking, use the contact details in your booking confirmation and include the booking name, event date and booking details. We record the time your request is received in Japan Standard Time. Contact hours and closure days will be provided when you book.
2. Party cancellation charges
The schedule below is a proposal for review. Final cancellation terms will be provided and agreed before your booking is confirmed. No charges are made under this draft schedule during the preview stage.

Cancellation charges will not exceed the amount permitted by law or the average loss arising from cancellation of the relevant contract.
3. Changes to guest numbers or dates
Please contact us early if you would like to make changes. Requests depend on availability and how far preparations have progressed. Any charges for reducing guest numbers or changing dates will be explained before the booking is confirmed.
4. Private parties and custom gifts
Terms for private parties and custom gifts vary depending on when venue arrangements, material sourcing and personalisation begin. We will include the applicable cancellation terms with your quotation and proceed once you agree. 5. Events cancelled by us or due to severe weather
If we cancel an event for reasons on our side, we will refund the participation fee in full. If severe weather, a natural disaster or similar circumstances cause cancellation or postponement, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of the participation fee. Moving your booking to another date requires your agreement.
6. Refunds
We will confirm the refund amount, method and expected date individually. If bank transfer or similar charges apply to a customer-requested cancellation, we will disclose them before booking. We cover refund processing charges when an event is cancelled for reasons on our side.
